Do you know your flags? Kids will paint the flags of countries participating in the Summer Olympics on rocks. This creative and educational activity lets children explore world cultures while making colourful, flag-inspired rock art.

Join us to journal through the Olympic values. Kids will explore themes of excellence, respect, and friendship through guided journaling prompts. This reflective activity encourages personal growth and a deeper understanding of Olympic values.

Come to story time at the library for some Olympic-themed stories and a fun activity. It will take place on the second floor at our alphabet carpet. All are welcome!

Do you enjoy the New York Times Puzzles and Games such as Wordle, Connections, The Mini, and more? Join us weekly to solve these challenging games—with a twist! Each week will have new Olympic themed puzzles to solve.

Dive into a world of fun and learning as little ones explore vibrant cards adorned with Olympic symbols. With each flip, they'll sharpen their memory skills while discovering the excitement of the Games.

Join us on the carpet for a fun-filled puppet show story time. From classic fairy tales to the modern stories we all know and love, nothing is off-limits when imagination is involved. 

In this fun and interactive session, kids will dive deep into their favorite sports using a selection of awesome library books. Participants will pick a sport they love and explore fascinating facts, stories, and legends about it.

Calling all young storytellers and builders aged 10 to 13 to join us for an exciting series of StoryWalk building sessions every Wednesday in August at the library!

Knitters and crocheters get together for a couple of hours of socializing and doing what they love. This is not a workshop or a program. Limited space available in the room.
