YOGA FOR KIDS - AGES 6 TO 13

Join our Kids Yoga Class for a fun, playful adventure in movement and mindfulness! Perfect for young yogis to build strength, flexibility, and relaxation skills.

This is a simpler version of a flow class. Practicing balance, sun salutations, teddy bear stands, and music play. 15-minute warm up, 20-minute yoga, 15-minute stretching and cool down, 10-minute practicing meditation. 

Bring a mat or a thick towel.

Space is limited. Register now. When you register, you do so for the entire series.

Children 11 and younger. 

Because unattended children can be at risk in a public place, as per Board policy, Cornwall Public Library requires that children under the age of 11 be accompanied by a parent while in the library.
