Strategic Planning Focus Group Session

Dear Community member:

Cornwall Public Library is in the process of creating a new strategic plan, and we need your help. As a member of the community and visitor to the library, your thoughts and ideas are very important.

We invite you to participate in a 90-minute virtual focus group in the coming weeks. A number of questions will be asked to gather your ideas and perspectives.

Through the strategic planning process, we want to learn about how you and others feel about the library and the services that we provide you. We want to hear what you like about the Cornwall Public Library and what we can do better.

The meeting will be hosted by a company called Laridae. We are looking to have open and meaningful discussions with the people we serve.

Please join us via Zoom on February 16, 2021 from 4:00pm – 5:30pm.
