Busy mind? Overwhelmed and stressed out? How about trying meditation!? This fully guided mindfulness meditation with Meditation Teacher Sara is perfect for beginners and will help regulate your nervous system, relax your body and quiet your mind.
Experience breathwork, somatic practices and guided visualization in this free and accessible 4- week offering for individuals 13 years & older. No prior meditation experience is needed. Chairs are available for those with mobility issues.
