Who and What are the Anunnaki?

Historically speaking the Anunnaki are a group of deities of the ancient Sumerians, Akkadians, Assyrians, and Babylonians. In recent times, alien theorists have looked at these beings in a new light. This presentation shows both sides of the argument. Were the Anunnaki just a mythological pantheon or are they ancient aliens who helped our species evolve into homo sapiens?
