After School Stem: Boat Race Science 

Unwind after school with us. Each week is something different! Activities involving Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math are ready for you! 

Using knowledge of lift and aerodynamics, join us to experiment with creating efficient boats that will compete in timed races. An assortment of materials will be available such as: tape, scissors, straws, popsicle sticks, and different weights of paper for making masts and sails. The races will be conducted with straws to blow the boats across their maiden voyage.
