ATTENTION:
From 12 noon to 1 p.m., Yoga instructions are focused on kids 10 and under
From 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., Yoga instructions are focused on kids older than 10 years of age.
Please help out our volunteer Yoga instructor, Riley, by coming at the appropriate time.
YOGA FOR KIDS - AGES 6 TO 13
Join our Kids Yoga Class for a fun, playful adventure in movement and mindfulness! Perfect for young yogis to build strength, flexibility, and relaxation skills.
This is a simpler version of a flow class. Practicing balance, sun salutations, teddy bear stands, and music play. 15-minute warm up, 20-minute yoga, 15-minute stretching and cool down, 10-minute practicing meditation.
Bring a mat or a thick towel.
