Description
Join us at the Cornwall Public Library on November 27 from 1–4 PM for a special book signing with author and Parkinson’s advocate Lloyd Taylor.
Lloyd Taylor is part of the Spinning Wheels team—an inspiring group of riders who have cycled across Canada annually since 2022, covering over 23,000 km to raise awareness for Parkinson’s disease. In 2024, Lloyd completed an extraordinary 1,000 km ride from Dawson City to Tuktoyaktuk, reaching the Beaufort Sea.
He’ll be signing copies of his new book, The Kindness of Strangers, which shares his personal journey with Parkinson’s and the incredible support he’s encountered along the way.
Come meet Lloyd Taylor and other members of the Spinning Wheels team, ask questions, and learn more about Parkinson’s disease—one of the fastest-growing neurological conditions worldwide. The Tour has passed through Cornwall every year, and our community has played a meaningful role in cheering these riders on.
Everyone is welcome. Whether you’re seeking support, inspiration, or simply a powerful story of resilience, this will be an afternoon worth attending.
