The Science of Spirituality

In this course spiritual teacher, David Rawnsley, presents an overview of how modern-day physics provides the explanation of spirituality. Many spiritual seekers are blocked by their attachment to high-school physics that portrays the world as three dimensional, where it is impossible for spirits to leave the body, ignoring the facts of near-death experiences and the proven ability of people to visit other dimensions. Participants will be introduced to the pervading science that governs the world described by the likes of Einstein, Bohr, Hawking and other luminaries of todays Physics. This physics provides an explanation of our new reality.

In Week 1, David will focus on connecting with your own scientific background to highlight the main change you must master to gain this new understanding. It is not complicated and does not require great mathematical or scientific knowledge, as David is quick to point out, his worst two subjects in high school were Physics and Chemistry. So, if your science knowledge is zero, this will be a much easier transition than for one who has studied science at school or university.

Participants are encouraged to commit to the four weeks though David will provide summaries for those who cannot manage the full course.

David Rawnsley is the founder of the Cornwall Library’s very successful FORUM program, that has been running for over 10 years. He has been providing spiritual teaching in Cornwall for over 20 years. He is a follower of Dr. Amit Goswami; he is trained in Reiki, and he has studied shamanism. While being a proud Canadian, he grew up and was educated in London, England and still has a distinctive accent.
