 ng Life to the Full is a mental health promotion course designed to help p
 eople deal with everyday life challenges and learn self-management skills 
 using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles. Course content and m
 aterials are practical and easily applied to everyday life situations. The
  course is suitable for people of all ages â€“ from youth to seniors.\r\nW
 hat you learn:\r\nâœ” Self-confidence\r\nâœ” Problem-solving\r\nâœ” Stress
  management\r\nâœ” Motivation\r\nâœ” Dealing with unhelpful thoughts\r\nâœ

 ™Alessio is a mental health promoter with the Canadian Mental Health Assoc
 iation since 2006. Her primary role is to initiate, coordinate and present
  mental health education designed to improve attitudes towards mental illn
 ess and promote mental health and well-being.Â \r\nHer passion for educati
 ng the community about mental health/illness comes from personal insight i
 nto the lives of family and friends living with mental illness. The worksh
 ops and training sessions offered are well researched and delivered in a d
 own-to-earth, memorable style. Her educational background includes a Diplo
 ma of Social Service Worker, Train the Trainer certification, Working with
  Dementia Clients, Mental health Works Certification, Mental Health First 
 Aid Trainer, and safeTALK trainer for suicide prevention.\r\nÂ
