 ull is a fun and interactive course that will help you understand your fee
 lings, thoughts, and behaviors, and what to do about them!\r\nCongratulati

 se to you is ill? Can’t sleep? Feeling lonely? The way you feel is affec
 ted by things that happen to you, and you feel bad because you’re in a v
 icious cycle. Learn how to stop the cycle!\r\nLiving Life to the Full is a
  mental health promotion course designed to help people deal with everyday
  life challenges and learn self-management skills using Cognitive Behaviou
 ral Therapy (CBT) principles. Course content and materials are practical a
 nd easily applied to everyday life situations. The course is suitable for 
 people of all ages – from youth to seniors.\r\nWhat you learn:\r\n✔ Se

 he Canadian Mental Health Association since 2006. Her primary role is to i
 nitiate, coordinate and present mental health education designed to improv
 e attitudes towards mental illness and promote mental health and well-bein
 g. \r\nHer passion for educating the community about mental health/illnes
 s comes from personal insight into the lives of family and friends living 
 with mental illness. The workshops and training sessions offered are well 
 researched and delivered in a down-to-earth, memorable style. Her educatio
 nal background includes a Diploma of Social Service Worker, Train the Trai
 ner certification, Working with Dementia Clients, Mental health Works Cert
 ification, Mental Health First Aid Trainer, and safeTALK trainer for suici
