Cornwall Public Library is excited to announce our annual Bookmark Design Contest. This contest will run throughout the month of November and is open to all children aged 17 years and under.
Twelve winners will be chosen, one for each month of the year. Winning entries will be printed, and distributed throughout the Library. Winners will be notified by mid-December, and subsequently invited to a ceremony recognizing their work.

SUBMISSION RULES
• Contest is open to participants aged 17 and under
• Bookmark artwork should be an original creation that promotes the Library and/or reading, please avoid copyrighted material
• Carefully draw your design within the provided frame
• Use black pen or marker only, no pencil or colour please
• Submission must be received by 8:30 p.m. on November 30
• All artwork becomes property of the Library
• Only ONE entry per person
